Refund & Return Policy
At Cakepops_et_al, all our treats are handmade with care and made to order. Due to the perishable and custom nature of our products, we kindly ask that you read our refund and returns policy carefully before placing an order.
❌ No Returns on Perishable Items
As our products are food-based, we do not accept returns once an item has been delivered or collected.
✅ Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order and receive a full refund if:
• You contact us at least 72 hours before your scheduled delivery or pickup time.
• The order has not yet gone into production.
To cancel, please email us at orders@cakepopsetal.co.uk with your name, order number, and reason for cancellation.
📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please:
1. Contact us within 2 hours of receiving your item
2. Send photos showing the issue
3. Include your order number and a description of the problem
We will assess your case and may offer a partial refund, store credit, or replacement depending on the situation.
🚫 Refunds Will Not Be Issued For:
• Missed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
• Failure to disclose allergies or dietary restrictions
• Changes of mind after production has started
• Customer dissatisfaction based on taste or design preference (we provide detailed descriptions and images to help guide your choice)
